MC Sales Tracker is a custom developed software application which is used by the sales manager to enter targets per sales agent and per sales location. Sales agents enter their daily results and are informed about their progress as well as the results of their colleagues. For each sales action, a commission is calculated. The reporting and dashboards empower the sales manager to keep track of the daily results, and to compare them over all sales agents and in history. Sales agents are motivated to close deals, since they see their progress and commissions being calculated immediately.
